Dimensions
We chose high-quality ash wood as the raw material for our Siesta hammock frame. Our wood grows in Upper Austria, Salzburg, and the neighboring Bavarian region. In addition to the great properties of ash wood (flexible, tough, and durable), it offers another huge advantage: the entire transport time from the forest to our factory takes just under two hours, meaning little CO2! Furthermore, our wood grows in sustainably managed forests and is therefore PEFC certified.
Striking contrasts characterise the image of this beautifully shaped CHICO development. Ideal vibration damping, perfect aesthetics and harmonious balance characterise this multi-layer quality product made from domestic ash.
Because of its excellent properties, ash wood was previously used mainly in wainwright's workshops, where hardness, toughness, elasticity and weather resistance were particularly important.
All metal parts are made of stainless steel.
