Cancellation Instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party authorized to receive the goods who is not the carrier) actually received the goods. You may use the withdrawal form provided below for this purpose. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The return of goods must be in the original packaging or in packaging suitable for shipment.

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, e.g., special patterns or custom-made products.
